چکیده

Background. Some of the humanity’s problems in 21st century are related to insufficient mineral nutrition according World Health Organization. The reason for this conclusion is not amount substances supplied with food, but their bioavailability body. problem rabbit high-quality solved during industrial maintenance. Research on impact organic compounds trace elements human and animal body has intensified over last decade. Studies show effectiveness use microelements unique physiological properties penetrate cell exert an activating effect course biochemical reactions, which positively affects whole organism. However, occurs under condition receiving assimilation optimal amounts. Therefore, main task research was study investigated doses zinc citrate, fed rabbits 36 days after weaning assess change content minerals tissues Materials Methods. were conducted 16 that close by clinical visual indicators aged 40 from birth, kept a laboratory room institution equipped mesh cages rabbits. Rabbits control group free access complete nutrient supplementation feed water. animals separately appropriate citrate added daily water (100 mL) every day. age drink average 100 mL per groups I, II, III used same feeding as control, addition, 24 hours, additionally of: I – 0.25; II 0.50; 0.75 mg Zn/kg weight. comparative period 10 days, experimental days. On day study, all euthanized; blood tissues: liver, kidney, ribeye, spleen, hair thigh area taken determine using atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results. Feeding 0.25 weight marked probable increase Co Cu (P <0.05) blood. Administration 0.50 characterized Zn <0.001), Fe <0.05), blood; level Z Cr <0.01), <0.01) liver; muscle compared control. at rate induced most changes: blood, liver spleen <0.05–0.01), kidneys group. Conclusions. Additional administration (0.25 weight) smallest changes studied concentration rabbits’ tissues, exception content. With (0.50 weight), Zn, Co, Fe, tissue mainly increased, while less prominent noted Macro- may indicate more pronounced depending applied amount, particular, larger (0.75 greatest microelements, Mg Mn tissues.
